2. Booking & Confirmation Process

Inquiry Submission: Clients must complete and submit the website inquiry form, specifying event details, requested styling, date, and venue address.
Deposit Payment: Upon review of the inquiry, the initial booking deposit is processed as a single, one-off transaction to secure the date.
Service Confirmation: Following successful deposit processing, a formal booking confirmation containing your reserved schedule and event details will be issued via email.

Services are fulfilled directly at the agreed-upon location, date, and time specified in your booking confirmation.
Dedicated stylists will arrive at the scheduled venue equipped with professional equipment to perform the tailored bridal hair and makeup services.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue provides adequate space, access to power outlets, and lighting required for optimal service execution.

4. Schedule Adjustments & Modifications

Requests to adjust service timing or location must be submitted in writing via email.
Accommodations for modifications are subject to artist schedule availability and venue proximity.

5. Non-Physical Delivery

As bridecomestoyou provides exclusively physical, on-location professional styling services, no physical items or tangible products are manufactured, stored, or shipped.
