This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing booking deposits and service reservations made with bridecomestoyou via www.bridecomestoyou.com.

1. Booking Deposit Nature

All service prices listed on our platform reflect the initial booking deposit required to lock in dedicated artist availability and reserve your specific event date.
Processing a booking deposit immediately secures your date on our master schedule, preventing bridecomestoyou from accepting other bookings for that specific timeframe.

2. Cancellation Terms

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Booking deposits are non-refundable once processed, as they cover administrative allocation, initial schedule planning, and reserved artist availability.
Advance Written Notice: If a client wishes to cancel a reservation, written notification must be submitted to eddavis@bridecomestoyou.com as early as possible.
Service Fee Balance: Any remaining service balance agreed upon for custom styling packages will not be due if written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the reserved event date. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the event date may remain subject to agreed terms due to late date reservation.

Requests to reschedule an event date are subject to artist availability.
If a written request to adjust the event date is received in a timely manner and bridecomestoyou can accommodate the new schedule, the original deposit will be applied to the newly agreed date.
If bridecomestoyou cannot accommodate the new date due to existing reservations, the standard cancellation policy applies.

4. Service Fulfillment Adjustments

In the rare event that bridecomestoyou is unable to fulfill a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, the client will be notified immediately, and the full booking deposit will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

5. One-Off Payment Clarification

All payments, including initial booking deposits and subsequent service payments, are single, one-off transactions. No recurring fees or automated subscriptions apply to any bookings made with bridecomestoyou.
